Frank and Line live in a cozy neighborhood where the houses are close together. For Frank, the story began with an unpleasant discovery. “This started with a clogged sewer at our house, and that’s not pleasant,” he says. The sewer master from KFH-Kloak was called and acted quickly to remove the clog. But it turned out to be the start of a bigger challenge.
When a clogged sewer revealed a major problem
After the work, the sewer was thoroughly examined, and when a rat stuck its head out of the sewer, it was clear what the cause of the problem was. Therefore, a rat blocker was installed to prevent future rat problems.
Curiosity turned into security for Line
While work was going on at Frank’s house, Line, his neighbor, came home. Curious, she asked what was going on. “I come home from an errand and see a sewer master working with Frank. Here I am told that there have been rats,” says Line.
When she heard about the problem, she became concerned because her property is close to Frank’s. Therefore, the sewer master also offered to examine Line’s sewer. “Here they discover that there have also been rats in our sewer. Today, when some time has passed, both neighbors are very satisfied with the solution. “Since we had the damage repaired and the rat blocker installed, we have not had any experiences with rats,” says Frank.
Line agrees and highlights the ongoing maintenance of the rat blocker as an important advantage: “Now it is no longer possible to have a visit from rats because of the rat blocker, which is also checked continuously. I didn’t know it was going to either.”
